Refuel bugged

The /refuel is bugged at me that's everysec to each one on server write :


Or this :
"Your tank fulled already"
Or this :
That's take from you 240$ for fuel...
Here's the code but tell me what's wrong !

I am not a pro scripter but do you have a Killtimer for
pawn Code:
RefuelingVehicleTimer[playerid]
placed in the publics onplayerdisconnect and the onplayerdeath?

Else it can get in a loop
