Depends of your mode, obviously a Grandlancery will take nearly no CPU or RAM, whilst a RolePlay may take alot more.

100 player server uses roughly 4Mbps upstream.
50 player server uses roughly 2Mbps upstream.
25 player server uses roughly 1Mbps upstream.

Most home connections can handle a few players, but don't except a lag free experience!
