If i make an host, host it by myself, I have a little slow internet, will it lag to me and players?

100 player server uses roughly 4Mbps upstream.
50 player server uses roughly 2Mbps upstream.
25 player server uses roughly 1Mbps upstream.
Most home connections can handle a few players, but don't except a lag free experience!
