with sa-mp scripting no way possible with some SA mods it is possible i seen some mods disables the waters

There is just some bugged weather ids were it 'hides' the water from your point of view. But you can still touch it and all. So no, its not possible in SA-MP

Its not possible in samp, but yeah mta have this function to increase server water level..
