i saw in MTA server which the water isnt there (level water 0) this can do in samp?

He meant that you could disable water in sa-mp, its not possible.

with sa-mp scripting no way possible with some SA mods it is possible i seen some mods disables the waters

There is just some bugged weather ids were it 'hides' the water from your point of view. But you can still touch it and all. So no, its not possible in SA-MP

its 2080

or 2012 i dont remember which one makes it so the water isnt seen

Its not possible in samp, but yeah mta have this function to increase server water level..

Some guys just can't read..
