what is your OS

What happens when the server closes? Do any of the plugins leave a "Unloading" message or does it just close with no logs at all? If it closes with no logs at all it may be a server crash, if it's when the server loads & you load text files, you may be attempting to fread using an invalid file handle.

If your server log is removed after the launch, which means the application removes it I tend to FileManager maybe it is a function look inside and find the name of server_log.txt
