What happens when the server closes? Do any of the plugins leave a "Unloading" message or does it just close with no logs at all? If it closes with no logs at all it may be a server crash, if it's when the server loads & you load text files, you may be attempting to fread using an invalid file handle.

9 plugins ? OMFG put the crash detect first in plugin list and update al plugins and includes, then check the serverlog and show us

If your server log is removed after the launch, which means the application removes it I tend to FileManager maybe it is a function look inside and find the name of server_log.txt
