[Help]Double calling the callback

Hi, there's my problem

The OnPlayerSpawn callback is twice calling. Why?
But once calling the SpawnPlayer .

Under OnPlayerSpawn

remove TogglePlayerSpectating(playerid,0);

When 0 is passed, it turns off spectating, and calls OnPlayerSpawn.
