OVH.ie providers services to customers outside their normal ranges for France Servers, but they still only accept a certain amount of other countries. That's a dumb idea, they sometimes randomly require two piece of Photo ID and Proof of Address before giving you the service if they expect a VPN or possible fraud etc, or if you are from a different country.
