How to buy with ovh? when i tried it said i need to be from the uk when i tried ovh.co.uk is there any other domain for other countries for ovh?

Yes, you need to prove to them where you are from so they know if you are exempt from paying VAT.

OVH.ie providers services to customers outside their normal ranges for France Servers, but they still only accept a certain amount of other countries. They do accept North American Countries I know that for sure and that's a way to get a France located dedicated server instead of ovh.com for a Canadian one.

That's a dumb idea, they sometimes randomly require two piece of Photo ID and Proof of Address before giving you the service if they expect a VPN or possible fraud etc, or if you are from a different country.
