Help me please..give me a quick guide how to convert and 0.3e server into 0.3x Please Help!
How to convert server from 0.3e to 0.3x

download the latest 0.3x files
and put your server files in the corresponding folders
and edit the server.cfg and your done

open the 0.3x files folder
copy SAMP-server.exe , announce.exe and samp-npc and paste them in your server's folder
also copy includes folder from /pawno folder and put the in your server's /pawno/includes folder
and put your server files in the corresponding folders
