download the latest 0.3x files
and put your server files in the corresponding folders
and edit the server.cfg and your done

open the 0.3x files folder
copy SAMP-server.exe , announce.exe and samp-npc and paste them in your server's folder
also copy includes folder from /pawno folder and put the in your server's /pawno/includes folder
