Exercising: Any runners out there?

Anyone on this forum into running? If so, how do I start and what clothing should I wear for 1-5 degrees Celsius?

I run everydays more than 15km and even if it's below 0є i use only t-shirt and sport shorts.
I like to run that way, it doesn't overheat a lot your body

Well, there are lots of information in the internet about running...You could search...Everyone have different opinions so you should choose one suitable for you!

Get some NICE shoes, not those crappy ass Nikes that suck.
Get some:
Asics, Brooks... Well that's pretty much it. For clothing, damn, never ran in that cold temperature. I guess a shirt and a thin jacket and some sweats? IDK. About clothing idk, just no Nike shoes, get some asics or brooks that have good arch support.

Usally when your running your body warms itself up and so you won't really notice the cold, also good for your immune system

To be honest, I would just try something that you feel good in and you can properly stretch in, nothing is more annoying than being unable to run properly. I wouldn't recommend going only in t shirt as cold is never really good for your muscles and can therefor cause all sorts of cramps.
