[FilterScript] Colored Checkpoints

Many remember the possibility of coloring checkpoints in the early betas 0.3c (or maybe already used color material?), But the release this feature was removed ... We decided to remedy this unfortunate injustice!

You can assign colors as you like, make a cylinder pickups and assign any action for your circumstances.

Thanks 2 Vince for idea, he takes pride of first place in the list of authors. I redid the color (by updating SA-MP) and set the action while being near the checkpoints.

Looks kinda crappy, but it's the best that can be done.

It's not perfect aswell but still a good work, that kind of checkpoint hide the skins and could be some disadvantages for some GMs.
