Scripting help teleport menu

Could someone please help me out with this? Shabi RoxX wrote most of it but I can't figure out what went wrong after I start the server with this FS it gives me this:

[17:33:16] Unable to load filterscript 'ls_elevator.amx'.

(BTW what I am trying to make is a elevator of sorts where I can walk into the checkpoint and it will open a menu so I can choose which floor for it to bring me to of the 21 floor building)

Make sure the name of the .amx is Correct in Server.cfg
Make sure its Compiled without any errors

Thanks, and Sorry about that I did Is_elevator instead of Ls_elevator
But I got one more problem the menu I have is to small and only holds 12 floors does anyone know how to switch to a bigger menu with a scroll down? Thanks.
