How do you prevent SAMP lag when using car mods

I don't get lag when using car mods. (no-one i know has said it makes them lag either) Krx17 is right.

How can I know whats my graphics card?

Right-Click on 'Computer' > Manage > Click Device Manager > Open Display Adapter > Now see the Name or properties.
