I don't get lag when using car mods. (no-one i know has said it makes them lag either) Krx17 is right.

Intel Pentuim Dual Core

Well, yes you need a better processer, Windows 7.

Right-Click on 'Computer' > Manage > Click Device Manager > Open Display Adapter > Now see the Name or properties.
