You should use a server on you computer (if it's for private using. If you have a lot of players, you should have a good computer).

I can help you to use it, with a DYNDNS if you have a dynamic IP. And for free !

You would have to use FileZilla. Download FileZilla, on Samp4free.com get your FTP server files, connect to your server using FileZilla, then it will look very familiar. Also, Never give out your FTP settings

It'es very esasy to upload files using FTP, you can find lots of tutorials on the internet. I let you search a little, if you don't understand at all, contact me with MP, I'll help you

You must know how to use FTP, it's useful for a lot of things
