I have the ports forwarded an everything and no one can join..

Sure, and I already know all that port stuff I have set up multiple servers but this one just wont bite..
I know internal external ip etc..

Now that you've portforwarded, you connect using 192.168.0.1, and your players join with your I.P

I cannot help you. I think your router may not allow it. I'd reccomend you buy a server from a host.

I don't understand, I have done this before and they have worked perfectly...
