I have the ports forwarded an everything and no one can join..

go to www.whatsmyip.com and send your ip and port for your friend

Sure, and I already know all that port stuff I have set up multiple servers but this one just wont bite..
I know internal external ip etc..

Now that you've portforwarded, you connect using 192.168.0.1, and your players join with your I.P

I cannot help you. I think your router may not allow it. I'd reccomend you buy a server from a host.

Your best bet is to contact your ISP. Or samp4free.com if you cannot afford a server from a host.
