Actually, you CAN ask people to pay if they want to join, as it's NOT, and I repeat N-O-T listed in the masterlist service agreement or the SA-MP license that this isn't allowed. See the topic in "General" to see what i'm talking about.

You can do whatever you want with your server. There is no rule of any kind saying that you CANNOT do so. Quote the rule saying that you cannot make the player pays before playing.
