This is a common problem, there is nothing you can do but go on different servers that got lower total ping, and hosted near you, there is nothing you can do i repeat

Maybe you installed it the wrong way, is it in the GTA SA Folder?

Probably you need to re install SAMP, or probably glitches, and mod problems

Maybe you should delete the whole GTA SA, and SA-MP of of your computer, Then download it or get it again. Delete all the data that has to do with GTA SA it might work

I like to script Maps and i need ideas, Post ideas and i will make the map of your choice and probably give it to you

Well you cant add notes but you can use script king to get all of the ids for everything, that is what i use

Well i only script maps sorry . I will soon post some of my maps you can use them.
