This shouldn't close your server, this means that it will run, if it doesn't run make sure you have converted it from 0.2x to 0.3a THIS SCRIPT IS 0.2x

Well, thanks guys i think all this worked together, now i got it to work, i just had to re-install the whole lot of samp and the server folder x.x Well thanks again guys!
