maybe your internet is capped or something, and the things on the server are too much for your internet to take. Try connecting to another server.

^no it will not if you have a LOT of cores (like i7 with hyperthreading has 8 cores), I had to do this for my game to work.

What CPU do you have? You need to se how many cores SA:MP and GTA SA uses to 1 core.
