At the moment it doesn't look that nice but the layout is alright so a few tweaks and color changes would probably make it very presentable.

I would advise you not to make your trailer as over-dramatic as some of them are.

A neighbourhood in Las Venturas would be interesting. Los Santos has been done over and over, and San Fierro seems a little boring too.
