el fcnpc ahora funciona en windows y ubuntu , aparte trae muchas mas funcionas desde la ultima actualizaciуn y como quieres crear un servidor tipo LSA pues te lo recomiendo alexbi

Veo difнcil ponerle sonidos a los NPC todo el constantemente ,lo que si puedes es verificar si esta cerca del jugador y luego dependiendo de la funciуn que quieres que haga usas PlayerPlaySound
