What kind of PC you have? I suggest downloading DriverScanner 2009 to check for missing drivers. Can help you get SA running on your PC.

Well i really doubt you would be able to get it in good high quality as the game wasnt made for 16:9 Resolution. Your gonna have to just re-size your resolution on your monitor to 4:3.
