What's going on with 0.3.8?
won't it be released?

It was cancelled (and renamed).
However I think that the 0.3.8/0.3.7DL models features will be added in a future version...

such a selfish thing, a lot of people waited for 0.3.8 and some RP servers even already changed their script to 0.3.8 beta(LS:RP)

0.3.7dl won't be even downloaded, since it won't be listed at www.sa-mp.com

Nobody knows if it will or won't be listed on the main page.
We have no news from Kalcor since 14/01/2018, we can only wait.

There's been a fair share of people calling Kalcor selfish for taking this decision.
How about you give him some slack, and wait for further news?

How does it make him selfish? Why can't you just quit crying and wait until -DL leaves RC, you're still getting the same thing, just under a different name.

It won't. It's a seperate version and out of RC already (R1).

The dev team sent a message to every each server owner asking their thoughts about the downloading feature? Or a few server owners of the few most popular servers just PMed him disapproving the new features and since they're in the top of the list of vip customers he just dismembered the project turning it into an optional 'hidden' client?

There were no official polls providing the comunity's feedback about the downloading feature, just a few negative opinions without valid arguments on the 0.3.8 RC thread wouldn't make him do that, so how he came to that conclusion is """"unknown"""".
Fine, let's play the game and pretend the problem was really lack of interest by most of the existing SA-MP servers. It can't be helped.

You think Kalcor doesn't have access to the statistics of his own website and forum?
Just because you haven't seen anything "official" doesn't mean that there is nothing.

The only statistic about the subject that he could have access is the amount of times the RC was downloaded in the forum and only that is not enough to make that decision abruptly.
There is nothing here, neither in the forum nor in the website that can support this "statistic" to conclude there was lack of interest by most of the existing SA-MP servers, even if you search every post/thread related to 0.3.8, there's nothing to 'feed' this statistic, so this statistic doesn't exist.
Even if he had it, what would prevent him from posting this statistic there ?
Oh well, maybe it would be unnecessary since you guys accept every single decision easily.

True, i have always been supporting samp, and samp is one of the best mp mode ever Kalcor always make a awesome job.
