by who is owned this gamemode "Grand Larceny"?

is it possible to make a server with this gamemode "a re-scripted version" of Grand Larceny if so let me know on the comments

Grand Larceny Roleplay English is owned by Kalcor & SA:MP Team,

But as far i know its open source so you can use it anywhere you want.

Thanks for letting me know i will try my best to make a re-scripted Version using all the includes to make a similar version of grandlarc but as i see im to low-level'ed skills using SQLite so ill try my best way to make it more interesting as long as Kalcor is okay with it i dont want to use for any Porpous just for fun to share with you guys
