You can buy host from romanian host provider zeroping.ro
For 50 slots you pay only 5 euro.

Zeoping have 7 romanian (bugged.ro, nephrite.ro and og-times.ro) servers with 1000 players.
And others 20 with 50-300 players, so it's a big company.

Price doesn't really matter to me.
5 euro up/down as long as server is stable.

I'm looking for quality server host.

@OP: 512MB ram is more then enough to start off with.

Most of them sounds preety random and I'm skeptic about them.

I posted this thread to find out which server is most trusted. As of the known ones.

Why wasting your time getting a VPS or game server then? Grab your own dedi and host whatever you want with whatever slots you want and never worry about resources:

I simply asked for trusted companies and no bullshit ones using toaster servers to milk money 20 hours downtime and 4 hour online style.

You don't need a dedi for SA-MP. I'd get a good solid VPS (ovh, nfo, etc) for something like $10/20 a month. More than enough.

1 GB ram with 2v cores = enough for a 100 slot (didn't try more) server and website/forum. Without any lags.

I think this thread finnaly got its point.

As for my case, for now at the least, i'll get an VPS 512 maybe? (50 slots only) Should be just fine I guess.

Yes it is. However I would go for 1GB if you got unoptimized script and use MySQL.

2 vcore/4gb/50 gb that's the VPS 2016 Cloud 2 on OVH.

I'm currently using that VPS to run all my websites and my SAMP server. It's working completely fine.

Is the DDoS protection good now? I remember having a VPS with OVH and it was constantly down because of DDoS attacks; doesn't include the special protection that their game servers have.
