Can you give me all admin cmds like /spectating or something /ban commands

I want to make atleast 5 admin levels
1: Owner
2: Co-Owner
3: Administrater
4: Moderator
5: Helper

A lot of cmds i cant explain lol just like cmds of freeroam server ok?

Ask someone to make the commands for you, or script them yourself.
