Death Reward meter and makeadmin - Mitchyjones - 17.08.2016

Can someone please help me with a meter that counts how many times you get killed and if you get killed 10 times it gives you a minigun with 10 bullets. this should also have a bar on the side of your screen that goes up each time you get killed.
