MySQL problem. - Parallex - 06.07.2016

[09:15:15]   Failed (libmysqlclient_r.so.16: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)
What is causing this?

Download and Run mysql_static.so it will work 100%.

The server is being ran on a host. Can you provide another solution to this problem?

Well, the file don't exist, contact the host, else it wont work.
