Admin system - iCurse - 05.04.2016

I would like to learn how to make a admin system, i was wondering if there is a admin system filterscript that uses sscanf and zcmd. Please reply the link(s) of those filterscript then i'll +rep you. I need a script that is easy to learn for those who are new to scripting. Thank you.
