Server announce - Moersy - 05.01.2016

Hey ho,

I have a little problem whith my (german) server.
I own a server since 3-4 month and since this time the announce and query are in my server.cfg on true.
But the server dind't shown on the internet list.
I reopend the project, and lost so many players.
I really need you'r help to fix this problem.
