vehicle cmd for admins - PoTaToKiNgZ - 14.12.2015

Hey everyone!
I have a zombie apocalypse server and i want to add a cmd for the admins...
I want to have a /v command and when they do /v they get a dialogue of all the cars.
iam a newbie in scripting so iam asking help here, i hope some people would like to help me with a script
