Could you make a script that allows characters to talk using peds voices when a button os pressed?

It is possible however, you gotta do it with yourself by using the PlayAudioStreamForPlayer (make it playable in ranges only). Otherwise if you wanted to do it with the current SA-MP version, functions. It is impossible due to limitations.
