I have downloaded this Filter script and tried compiling.

One error...
C:\Users\IT SYSTEMS\Desktop\AWD SAMP\filterscripts\BAN.pwn(13) : fatal error 100: cannot read from file: "fixes"
I tried fixing it but couldn't.

try download this one,and .inc file paste in pawno/include folder

You need to recompile it with the latest fixes.inc, that should do the trick.
