Can someone help me, with a UCP, i wanna have a 'free' UCP on my website, so a player can see his stats,skills etc.

Learn PHP. Create your own.

Hard work, and efforts are needed to create a UCP. And ok, if a person made UCP for you, he worked very hard for making the UCP, and then you'll say give it to me for 'free'. It's quite obvious that he'll not give you. Why would he waste time for you, if you're not paying to him for his hardwork. Everything doesn't comes free, spend some bucks, bud.

It is not really hard to make a basic one yourself,
first thing is to learn some html, which is a really easy language and doesn't even take 2 days to learn, then php (isn't really complicated) and you're done.
And the design; you could download a ready template online or something
