Help with Scon antihack. - itachi - 25.03.2015

I downlod scon antihack https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=65734.
I have problem with.
when i login /scon login password
then i login the same way with /rcon login and it tells bad password

because rcon password is changed every 2sec, you don't need /rcon login after /scon login
