guys, I Need someone To Make Me a MYSQL System, Registration one , Even simple But working ,and i'll continue

But if you want someone to help you, you should probably specify exactly what's happening when you try.

Well, i Do Everything Alright, The Database Of the MYSQL of my Host, And THe script without errors, But When i try Open it , In the log it Says "Failed to Connect to Database" or something And always , on All tutorials
