OnPlayerConnect (background for login) (music for skin choosing) - ItzRbj - 14.11.2014

i saw on many servers that when a player login , there's a background when he enter his pass , and also music when he's choosing the skin he'll play with , i tried looking through alot of tut's but didnt find anyone that works
