Gang War Ideas - PinEvil - 27.09.2014

I'm simply planning to create an awesome complex gang war game mode based in Los Santos.

I need coding ideas, such as in-game features. And possibly a code to work with.

I'm also looking for a team, of mappers, a second hand scripter and an idea person.
