I Have A idea to make a TDM Server but i need scripters , the one who want to be with me will get owner level + Need To Suggest a VPS Host Not More than 20 $ / month + hosted + 100 Slots

For a scripter, if you want a decent one that isn't jsut going to use some random released TDM script that is used by 10's of servers, then you're probably going to have to pay for someone to script or do it yourself. For a VPS - I'd recommend nfoservers.com.
