I have windows 8.
And I'm open gta_sa.exe but it not start,opened!!!!
How i can fix it?

I have "Windows 8"
So I open "gta_sa.exe" , but it doen't start , process is opened.
How can I fix this problem?

try to delete C:\User\Name\Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\gta_sa.set

This usually helps. If not, try having gta_sa.exe run as administrator.
