Use a free host if you can't afford a server, however if you are serious about your project buy a VPS or host yourself.

You are not going to get a hoster this much easily. It depends on luck. You had better use Free Hosting or as NewerthRoleplay said buy vps and if you cannot afford it than see http://lmgtfy.com/?q=Free+vps+hosting
