I want to make a cops and robbers server - Habibi - 06.04.2014

So the most popular CnR server is Crazybobs its fun but really crap at the same thing abusive cops, overpowered cops hackers and that unrealistic systems, I wanted to make my own server but I don't know how to script that well, I wanted to make a really friendly server how do I start out? please help

or you can start your own CnR gamemode by scractch by going to pawno>clicking the NEW
