Hello, today i got the problem. If i run my GTA SA (Singleplayer) it works good. But when i run SAMP it doesn't start up. someone got any ideas how it comes?

Using windows 8.1 64bit

I have the exact issue on my windows 8.1 laptop, the GTA itself doesn't open too (singleplayer).

Delete gta_sa.set in your documents. C/User/Documents/Gta San Andreas gta_sa.set

Could there be other reasons why? I've tried deleting it, renaming the directory, and re-installing a fresh gta sa.
Still no luck. :S
