If you cannot find it, probably there is no such tutorial. Use this list(https://sampforum.blast.hk/showthread.php?tid=360911) and try to combine the ideas to make a roleplay gamemode.

What's a 'full' tutorial? roleplay servers are meant to be unique with your own idea's if you're using everything from a tutorial it wouldn't be unique at all and you might as well just just download and use a pre-existing gamemode that someone else has made.

I suggest you use one of these tutorials to get the base of the script down then start looking up tutorials for other aspects of the script you would like e.g. factions/gangs
