Requesting Help - LibertyXXL - 31.01.2014

Hey everyone!
I recently started a server, and its in its beta tests.
Now, I already found several things to be improved, but I cant find whats wrong.
Please respond soon, I really could use your support.
It would also be great if someone could script free... since im still learning scripting.
Im hoping to learn it through the communication with the scripter.
